We regret that we cannot accept photoshop psd or any other layered file formats.

Suggested approximate uncompressed file sizes required for photo printing are:

  • 6''x4'' – 6mb
  • 12''x10'' – 12mb
  • 7''x5'' – 7mb
  • 16''x12'' – 20mb
  • 8''x6'' – 8mb
  • 20''x16'' – 30mb
  • 10''x8'' – 10mb
  • 30''x20'' – 60mb

Extremely large files should be down sampled to these approx sizes to avoid incurring additional file handling charges.

When sending in files put all files for one print size in a single folder and label with print size and quantity required. ie 2X 7'' by 5'' in order to qualify for quantity reductions.
